Ethnic and racial issues are increasingly prominent whether in incidents involving Blacks and the police, Black Lives Matter activities, increasing attacks on Asian and Pacific Islanders, and even locally in the debate over using critical race theory as a pedagogical device in our schools. On these and related issues, a generation from now, what would progress, forming a more perfect union, look like and feel like for our grandchildren? How can we get there?
