LACONIA — Christopher John Richards, 81, of Fair Street, passed away at his home on Jan. 11, 2026.
Christopher was born on Nov. 6, 1944, in Orange County, California, the son of Vernon Smith and Priscilla (Greenway) Day.
He enjoyed NASCAR, traveling, cooking, listening to the blues and being around friends and family.
Christopher is survived by his children, Paul Richards, Kevin Richards and his wife Laura, Samantha Trombley and Suzanne Richards; and 10 grandchildren, Jonathan, Trent, Daniel, Madison, Katelyn, Nicholas, Charlie, Harry, Aislyn and Jack. He was predeceased by his parents.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
