We are heartbroken to announce the passing of Ann Marie Labraney, who left us peacefully from natural causes on Oct. 1, 2026, at the age of 64. Born on June 26, 1962, in Franklin, Ann was a beloved daughter, mother and grandmother, known for her warm spirit and infectious smile.
Ann spent her days as a friendly greeter at Walmart, making countless customers feel welcome with her kind heart and friendly demeanor. She was also a fabricator at Polyclad for many years.
She is survived by her loving mother, Donna (Higgins) Valcourt; her longtime companion, Timothy Labraney; her daughter, Jessica Labraney; her son, Kenneth Labraney; and her two precious granddaughters, Gloria and Zoey Labraney and Zoey's fiancée Trenton Brackley; her bonus children and grandchildren.
Ann's family was her everything, and she will be deeply missed by them and all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
Join us as we celebrate Ann's life and the joy she brought to so many. A visitation will be held from 1 to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 10, at the Smart Memorial Home, welcoming family and friends to share memories and stories. Following that, a reception will take place at the Franklin VFW Post 1698 from 4 until 7 p.m., where we'll gather to honor her legacy.
