SANDWICH — Granite VNA is offering Healthy Steps for Older Adults, a falls prevention workshop to help older adults learn how to protect themselves and live a full and active life, free from the fear of falling.

Balance screenings are from 1:30 to 3 p.m. Wednesday, March 18, at Samuel H. Wentworth Library, Community Room, 35 Main St.

The workshops are being held from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 19, and again on Wednesday, March 25. All registered participants must complete a balance screening and attend both workshops.
