GILFORD — The Gilford Parks and Recreation Department will offer a soccer program for preschoolers ages 4 and 5.
The program will be held at the Gilford Village Field at 1:45 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 22; Monday, Sept. 25; Wednesday, Sept. 27; Monday, Oct. 2; and Wednesday, Oct. 4.
The program will focus on games and activities associated with soccer with the basic philosophy that the children have fun while learning teamwork, following directions and developing a true sense of sportsmanship.
Skills that will be concentrated on include kicking, dribbling, passing and ball control.
