Real estate professionals invited to complimentary webinar on report changes

Real estate professionals are encouraged to attend a complimentary webinar focused on upcoming Uniform Appraisal Dataset 3.6 appraisal reporting updates. Hosted by Meredith Village Savings Bank and presented by Mortgage Guaranty Insurance Corporation, the webinar will help attendees understand new residential appraisal reporting standards and prepare for the transition to a redesigned appraisal reporting system.

The webinar, titled "UAD 3.6 is Coming... Are You Ready?," will be presented by Lisa Ford, account manager at MGIC, and will take place online Thursday, Oct. 1 from 10 to 11 a.m. The session is intended for real estate agents, brokers, transaction coordinators, administrative professionals, and others involved in residential real estate transactions.

Attendees will gain an understanding of upcoming changes to the Uniform Appraisal Dataset 3.6 and the redesigned Uniform Residential Appraisal Report. Topics will include key reporting changes, how to navigate the new report structure, and ways to communicate more effectively with appraisers throughout the transaction process.
