MOULTONBOROUGH — The Moultonborough Board of Selectmen has announced the appointment of Charles F. Smith of Laconia, NH as the new Town Administrator effective February 2021.
Charles F. Smith has served as Ashland Town Manager after being appointed in 2019 and was the previous Town Administrator since 2016. Prior to that, he was the Town Administrator for the Town of Sanbornton. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance/Economics from Southern New Hampshire University and a Master of Public Administration degree from Northeastern University. Mr. Smith is a member of the International City/County Management Association (ICMA) and the Municipal Management Association of New Hampshire.
