LACONIA ― Fridays in March at 1 p.m., Sachem Health’s Russell Jones will share a four week Tai Chi basics course at Laconia Public Library. Balance, mobility, flexibility and leg strength will be the focus of these one hour sessions. Participants should wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing suitable for movement, and should plan to attend all four classes. No sign-up is required.
