GILFORD — Service Credit Union officially opened the doors to its newest full-service branch in Gilford with a ribbon-cutting ceremony held on Monday.

Local leaders, staff, community members, and representatives from Big Brothers, Big Sisters New Hampshire were in attendance, along with several members of the Lakes Region Chamber’s board of directors.

The new branch, located off Route 3, is designed to serve the growing financial needs of the Gilford community by combining traditional in-person banking services with modern digital capabilities. The space features private offices for personalized consultations, a welcoming refreshment area, and a layout built with member comfort and accessibility in mind.

“This branch allows us to offer tailored lending solutions and empower members to achieve their financial goals – whether they’re buying a car or home, or starting something new.” said Chief Retail Officer Mark O’Dell.

The credit union looks forward to partnering with local organizations and helping Gilford residents access affordable, trustworthy financial services for years to come.

“We’ve created a space where community members can feel supported and connected – whether most of their business is done in-person or online,” said VP of Retail Banking Meghan Leach. “We’re proud to join the Gilford community and look forward to building lasting relationships here.”
