Lakes Region Communications dispatched Laconia Fire Department to a report of a building fire at 17 Bay St. on Sunday at approximately 2:20 a.m. Gilford and Belmont departments also responded. All residents were reported to be out of the building. The fire grew and affected a home next door. Fire on Bay Street spreads to two homes
