SOMERSWORTH — According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture, American adults spend an average of 37 minutes per day in the kitchen preparing food and cleaning up. Opt for energy efficient appliances. Choosing appliances that are energy efficient will not only make your kitchen greener, but it will save you money on your monthly bills. Also, be sure to turn your dishwasher on only when it’s full.
