BELMONT — Linda Graham, 81, of Magnolia Lane, passed away on Nov. 16, 2025, at Concord Hospital in Laconia.
Linda was born on April 3, 1944, in Jamaica, New York, the daughter of Otto and Helen (Vanderhyde) Prellwitz.
Before retiring and settling in New Hampshire, Linda lived in New York, Pennsylvania, Oklahoma, and Missouri. She earned her associate's degree from Green Mountain College and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Tulsa University. Most of her career was spent at Ferrellgas. Up until the time of her death, she was dedicated to her position as the treasurer for First United Methodist Church in Gilford.
Linda had many joys, but her true passion was reserved for her Kansas City Chiefs and Penn State Nittany Lions. She was a resident of Great Brook Village, where she was actively involved in the community, and she cherished her regular card games and luncheons with the ladies. Some of Linda’s happiest times were camping and traveling around the country with her husband Rod. She enjoyed spending a day at the beach whether that be a lake or the ocean. She had a deep fondness for animals, lavishing love upon all of her past rescue pets. She found enjoyment in gardening, shopping, craft fairs, and exploring new places. Linda also had a great appreciation for the arts, enjoying books, movies, music, and the theater. She had a passion for cooking and exploring new restaurants. Above all, she treasured every moment spent with her beloved family.
Linda is survived by her daughter, Melisa Moore and her husband Michael; two grandchildren, Hadley South and Connor South; three step-grandchildren, Emerson Moore, Alexander Moore and Eloise Moore; brothers Carl Prellwitz and Robert Prellwitz; sister Melanie Gaensslen and her husband Jim; her sister-in-law, Rosemary Hamilton and her husband Carl; and her beloved cat Buddy. In addition to her parents, Linda was predeceased by her husband, Rod Graham.
The family is planning a celebration of life for 1 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 29, at the Clubhouse at Great Brook Village, 10 Great Brook Drive.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations in Linda’s name be made to the New Hampshire Humane Society, P.O. Box 572, Laconia, NH 03247.
