Camp Resilience brings life coach to speak to spouses and caregivers of veterans

GILFORD — Emily Clement, a Lakes Region-based certified life coach, recently volunteered her time and expertise to speak to a group of spouses and caregivers attending Camp Resilience. The special Camp Resilience session was facilitated by retired Army Lt. Col Peggy Laneri and Army Reserve Major Tony Riello, both of the Worcester, Massachusetts, Veterans Center. While in the Lakes Region, the veterans’ spouses and caregivers participated in a series of workshops like Clement’s as well as recreational activities and discussion groups designed to help them better cope with their veteran’s issues including PTSD from multiple combat deployments.
