Help understanding Veterans benefits offered at Meredith library June 6

The Meredith Public Library, 91 Main St., will host a presentation on Understanding Veterans Benefits on Thursday, June 6 at 6 p.m. The presentation can help Veterans or family members interested in understanding Veterans benefits. The Adjutant General's Department has been re-organizing in the past year to better serve the New Hampshire veteran community. Representatives divisions within the department will share the organizational changes and the services and resources available to Veterans in New Hampshire. Presenters include William Gaudreau, director of the New Hampshire Office of Veterans; Amy Cook, administrator of the New Hampshire Bureau of Community Based Military Programs; Shawn Buck, director of the New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery; and Warren Perry, Deputy Adjutant General. The presentation will be 40 minutes long, with handouts and time to answer questions. Light refreshments will be served.
