Get carded at the Meredith Library

The Meredith Public Library has been challenged by other New Hampshire libraries to see which library can get the highest percentage of new library card holders by the end of September. So, the Meredith Library is working to get as many people “carded” as possible this month. Area residents are encouraged to stop by the library at 91 Main St. to get a library card. All Meredith residents and property taxpayers are eligible for a free card, as are all Inter-Lakes students and staff. Non-residents must pay a small fee of $10. Those applying for a card should bring a current form of identification, such as a driver’s license, rental agreement or electric bill. (Courtesy photo)
