WOLFEBORO – WEDCO, the private nonprofit Wentworth Economic Development Corporation will hold an open house at its new location today from noon to 7 p.m.
“We know everyone’s moving into a really busy season,” said Denise Roy-Palmer, WEDCO’s director for the past 21 years. “So we invite them to come in at their convenience any time in the afternoon or after work. They can join us for a light lunch or break, and members of the board will be here to offer a toast to continued success just after 5. Many people know about the financing WEDCO offers, but some don’t realize we offer a wealth of business trainings and onsite business counseling services – the kinds of things that can help take some of the stress out of busy seasons like this.”
The WEDCO office at its new location, at People’s Bank on Varney Road in Wolfeboro, is open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Wednesday, and by appointment Thursdays and Fridays.
