FSB hosts workshops on lead paint and legacy preservation

FRANKLIN — Franklin Savings Bank will host a workshop on Lead Paint: How it Affects Contractors, Investment Properties & Families on Thursday, Nov. 9, from 4 to 5:30 p.m. Christopher J. Seufert, Esq. of Seufert Law Office, will discuss the ramifications of lead paint hazards, share information on several cases that have gone to trial, as well as discuss Environmental Protection Agency enforcement.

A presentation on Legacy Preservation: Lives, Community Projects, Businesses will take place on Monday, Nov. 13, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Dan Darling, owner of Heartstring Media, will provide insightful tips on how to create a lasting legacy for individuals, families, organizations and communities. He will share easy methods, discuss tools and resources, as well as present different ways stories can be shared with the community, family and friends. The workshops are free and will be held at the Community Learning Center located at 61 Laconia Road in Tilton (behind Tilt ‘n Diner).
