Charlie St. Clair is 67, why is he using a 20 year old photo to campaign?

To The Daily Sun,

Charlie St. Clair: when you declared for state representative you started with a fake issue. People do not want to know what you looked like some 20+ yeras ago, you were running now, at age 67. You should have presented the voter with a more current photo.
