I hope to continue serving Sanbornton as Town Clerk/Tax Collector

To The Daily Sun,

My name is Marla Davis and I am seeking another three-year term as Sanbornton's Town Clerk/Tax Collector.

Time sure does fly by when you are doing a job you enjoy. To date, I have served the Sanbornton residents for six years as the Deputy Town Clerk/Tax Collector and will shortly finish my first three-year term as Town Clerk/Tax Collector.

Although I am running unopposed, I am asking for your continued support to vote on Tuesday, March 14. I am looking forward to seeing everyone at the polls.

Some of the most instrumental issues I have been working on are:

• I have been able to complete the four-year certification from the New Hampshire Town Clerks Association/New Hampshire City and Tax Collection Association.

• I am still working on the installation of one check and credit cards which I hope to see later this year for all transactions.

• I continually am updating the archival records to maintain for permanent retention.

Thank you for your all your support and will continue to serve you to the best of my ability.

Marla Davis
Town Clerk/Tax Collector
