Lucky for Sanbornton residents, Marla Davis is running for clerk

  • Published in Letters

To The Daily Sun,

After 26 years our Sanbornton Town Clerk/ Tax Collector, Jane Goss, has decided to enjoy what will be her most fun job: retirement. To the best of her ability, she has been a main staple for our town office.

Luckily for us , Marla Davis is running for Town Clerk/Tax Collector. She has been deputy for town clerk and tax
collections for the last six years. Marla is very knowledgeable and has been a true asset to our town. She is always eager to attend any schooling or seminars that have been offered, wanting to do anything that would benefit
the residents of Sanbornton.

On any given day, whether it be a lost dog, a resident who is in need of a compassionate ear, she goes to task for them.

I cannot say enough positive things about Marla, other than how lucky Sanbornton is to have Marla Davis as our Town Clerk/Tax Collector.

Please support Marla Davis and vote for her on Tuesday May 13.
