Vets can get 90-day supply of generic medications for $28

To the editor,I am really writing this to let veterans know that a lot of generic medications supplied by the VA for a 90 day supply for $28 are available at Hannaford, Walmart and other stores for a savings of $20 OR MORE! My doctor alerted me about this and I had just been given three new prescriptions and when driving through Gilford decided to take them into the new Hannaford store. I was surprised at the beautiful new pharmacy in the store and went to the counter. The pharmacist was a nice young lady, (Lauren) and she assisted me and filled all three prescriptions and I was surprised at the savings!
This was about a year ago. Since then I have been back many times and the other pharmacist (Virginia) was equally as nice and very friendly. It has been a pleasure for my wife and I to go there and I highly recommend the Hannaford Pharmacy and the friendly service.
