Belknap County Commissioner Taylor to run for re-election

To the Editor, In the late 1960s and early 1970s, Peter S. Karagianis led the charge to save and preserve the Belknap Mill from its almost certain fate: to make way for 14 parking spaces. Even now, it is hard to believe the dramatic difference the absence of the mill might have made to the Lakes Region.   Richard R. Paulhus, 84 FRANKLIN — Richard R. Paulhus, 84 years young, a resident of Franklin since 1960, was born in Rhode Island to Raoul and Germaine Paulhus. He graduated from Mount Saint Charles Academy, where he excelled in football and baseball as a starting halfback and outfielder.
