CONCORD — Tanya McCormack, 27, of Effingham pleaded guilty March 16 in Carroll County Superior Court to selling fentanyl that caused the death of Cole McMahon, 22, of Wolfeboro, said New Hampshire Attorney General Joseph A. Born in Boston's Dorchester section, she was the second child of John Coffey and Agnes (Regan) Coffey.She was a beloved daughter, sister and cherished mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
