Bruce A. Thibodeau, 62

FRANKLIN — Mr. Bruce A. Thibodeau, 62, of Franklin, died at Mass. General Hospital in Boston on April 14, 2014 after suffering a severe heart attack a month earlier.
He was born in Franklin on Dec. 11, 1951 the son of Charles H. and Maxine (Andrews) Thibodeau. Bruce attended local schools and graduated from Franklin High School in 1969.
He served in active duty with the US Air Force as a Sgt. from 1971 until 1975. Bruce did his basic training at Lackland Air Force base and later spent time in Thailand, ending his tour of duty in Minot Air Force Base in North Dakota.
Bruce was employed as a heavy equipment operator for several years working for the Town of Bedford, Willy Nelson in Canterbury, and Pike Industries. Bruce enjoyed hunting and fishing and liked to spend time on his woodlot. He was also an accomplished wood worker.
Bruce leaves behind his dearly loved daughters: Gia Thibodeau, her partner, Carlos Gutierrez and her children Evelyn and HJ of Ocala, Fla. and Christa Thibodeau, her fiancé Justin Kerbow and grandson, Cory Kerbow of San Antonio, Tex. He is also survived by his mother, Maxine Thibodeau of Tilton, his father, Charles H. Thibodeau of Franklin, 3 sisters: Carol Roberson of Wolfeboro, Anne Thibodeau of Northfield, and Ellen Cimon of Laconia, 2 brothers, Charles J. Thibodeau and his wife Sue of Sanbornton, and Dan Thibodeau of Franklin, his longtime companion, Penny Woodbury of Northfield and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services with Military Honors will be held at NH Veterans Cemetery in Boscawen on Friday, May 16 at 2:30 p.m.
