ASHLAND — Albert O. Perry, Sr. 81, died at his home surrounded by his family on April 3, 2014 following a period of failing health. Born in Boscawen on October 2, 1932, he was the son of Austin and Germaine [Page] Perry.
He was raised in the Boscawen-Penacook area and relocated to Ashland in 1976 where he operated his scrap metal business with his wife Julia. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, and time with his family. He was predeceased by his wife Julia in December 26, 2008.
He is survived by his sons Albert Perry, Jr. of Ashland, and John Perry of Meredith, four daughters Germaine Rogers of Ashland, Brenda Perry of Ashland, Nancy Marsh of Franklin, and Debbie Baros of Meredith, many grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, and his brother Francis Perry of Loudon.
