Ashland awarded $250,000 grant for septage expansion

By BROOKE ROBINSON, for THE LACONIA DAILY SUN ASHLAND — Ashland's wastewater plant capacity will increase 30 percent with no cost to taxpayers due to a $250,000 grant awarded by the Northern Border Regional Commission on Friday.   CONCORD — Marguerite Rosalie Bagley LaFrance, 86, passed away suddenly from age-related causes on August 26, 2016.Marguerite was born in Berlin, New Hampshire on August 5, 1930, to John Francis Bagley and Margaret Ann Hogan.
