Laconia Adult Ed offers line dancing classes

LACONIA — Laconia Adult Education is offering six weeks of line dancing starting Nov. 3. Classes will be led by George Maloof in the Laconia High School cafeteria from 6:30-7:30 p.m. The cost for this class is $40 and pre-registration is required.   John P. Brooks Sr., 91 ALTON — John Phillips Brooks Sr., age 91, of Barnes Avenue in Alton, died Oct. 25, 2016. Born Nov. 30, 1924, in Kittery, Maine, a son of Herbert and Sarah "Sadie" (Woodward) Brooks, John was one of 12 children.
