No-wake order issued for Silver Lake in Tilton

TILTON — Due to high water levels at Silver Lake, the New Hampshire State Marine Patrol has issued a no-wake order for all of Silver Lake in the town of Tilton, effective immediately. State RSA 270:132 requires that there be a no-wake order whenever the Department of Environmental Services gauging station on Silver Lake measure 467 feet or more above sea level.
