January 2016 Belknap County Indictments

The following people were indicted on Jan. 21 by a Belknap County grand jury. An indictment is not an statement of guilt but a determination by an independent panel of grand jurors that enough evidence exists to warrant a criminal trial. • Joshua J. This article reported on the outcome of a public hearing dealing with an ordinance dealing with senior housing in Sanbornton.
