FRANKLIN — Annie L. Manning, 95, a longtime resident of the Northfield-Tilton areas,  died peacefully on Tuesday, Dec. 5, 2017, following a period of failing health.  Annie was born in Franklin on Feb. 10, 1922, the daughter of Frank and Annie (Weeks) Dubia.   Her family also included four brothers, now deceased: Norbert, Otis, Richard and Arthur, and one sister, Gertrude Jocelyn who resides in the Franklin area.Following Annie’s marriage to Gilbert J.
