A story on the Bristol lawsuit appearing in the Aug. 23 Laconia Daily Sun incorrectly identified John Sellers as a former member of the Bristol Budget Committee. Sellers remains on the committee; his term does not expire until March 2018. Read more

  LACONIA — Meredith resident Robert P. Emory is the winner of the People’s Choice award at the Lakes Region Art Association's 77th annual Art Show, which is being held at the association's Gallery in the Tanger Outlets in Tilton. The show is the association’s largest exhibit featuring more 85 new original works of art and is on display on till September 10th.
