Police said the original call came to them through 9-1-1 and was for a domestic disturbance.
Responding officers found 15 of the youths, aged 17 to 20, had been drinking and took them into custody.
Police said the youths were attending an unnamed school in Connecticut and their addresses varied from Hudson, N. H. and Arlington, Vermont to Seoul, South Korea and Panama City, Panama.
No arrests for domestic violence-related incidents were reported and it is not known why the call to 9-1-1 was made. All were released to a sober adult.
