Health care plan info session in Plymouth on Feb. 3

PLYMOUTH — Patty Stewart and Associates, in partnership with the Plymouth Regional Chamber of Commerce, will host an informational session about registering for a new healthcare plan on Tuesday, February 3 from noon to 1 p.m. at Pease Public Library, One Russell Street, Plymouth.

Health insurance can be confusing, especially with the new Affordable Care Act in place. Having a "guide" to help you through the health insurance process is very helpful. Brokers can be that guide for you. A good broker will help you to identify and figure out your individual health insurance needs, help you find a plan to meet those needs and help you with any issues you may have. The good news is that brokers are a free service to businesses and consumers.

There are four new insurance companies being added to Healthcare.gov for 2015. Everyone should have a broker to help compare plans!

With over 40 years of experience, Patty Stewart and Associates has been assisting businesses and families in the community with their health, life, and dental insurance needs. Their expertise and knowledge help guide individuals and businesses to the plan that best suits their needs.

For more information about the Brown Bag Seminars, or the Plymouth Regional Chamber of Commerce contact the Chamber office at 536-1001, or email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. .

The hill is currently very icy and is unsafe to use. The lights have been turned off for this reason. Once we have more snow, we will reopen the hill for sledding. If we do get some good snow we will try to have the party on another date.
