PLYMOUTH — The Enterprise Center at Plymouth (ECP) will present the next workshop in the Small Business Legal Series with Devine Millimet: What is Fair Use? on Thursday, June 19, from 7:30-9 a.m.

This seminar will focus on Fair Use as a defense to Copyright and Trademark Infringement and will briefly discuss rights of publicity. Business owners, artists, writers, graphic designers, musicians, and more, come learn from Kim Peaslee, a Devine Millimet lawyer who specializes in Intellectual Property, as she reviews the types and uses of protection to help determine which, if any, is best for you.

Following this workshop, a Devine Millimet lawyer will be available for consultation at the ECP
