BPS Lands Big Jobs in Pelham, Hopkinton

LACONIA — With a supportive vote from the taxpayers of Pelham in the spring of this year, Bonnette, Page and Stone (BPS) and the team of Lavallee Brensinger of Manchester, and Trident Project Advantage Group of Salem will lead the $22.6 million design, development and construction of the expansion and renovation of Pelham High School.

Improvements to the high school will include 29 new classrooms, improved administration and support space, substantial site infrastructure improvements and a systematic renovation of the existing school facility totaling approximately 123,000 square feet.

BPS also was chosen as selected as Construction Manager for a $3 million expansion and renovation of the Contoocook Fire Station in Hopkinton.

BPS along with Port One Architects of Portsmouth will be working with the town of Hopkinton to renovate and expand the Contoocook Fire Station. The current footprint of the existing fire station will be expanded to approximately 16,500 square feet. The new facility, when complete,  will provide a modern facility that is ADA compliant with proper space for storage and protection of apparatus, training facilities, Emergency Operations Center, and adequate support for a modern 24-hour staffed facility.
