Join Sick Boy on Mae West Run for Pets

LACONIA —  Sick Boy Motorcycles, makers of fine biker apparel with the Sick Boy lifestyle brand, invites riders to the 1st annual Mae West Pet Benefit run, Monday, June 16.

"We named it the 'Mae West Run' in honor of Laconia MC Week President Charlie St. Clair's dearly departed cat, who had to be laid to rest during Motorcycle Week, 2013", said Sick Boy Founder Doug Asermely. "We love animals and travel from rally-to-rally with five of them; four of them are shelter-pets. This is a cause close to our hearts and our paws."

Riders meet at Rally Headquarters on Lakeside Ave at 10:30, with kickstands up at 11:30 and take a scenic Laconia ride, ending in downtown Laconia.

In exchange for $25 rider and $20 passenger donation, riders will receive limited edition Sick Boy commemorative t-shirts and a ticket for door prizes. Door prizes include authentic autographed items from Guns 'N Roses, Quiet Riot, Chickenfoot, Ratt, Deep Purple and more. There will also be prizes from our event sponsors including: J&P Cycles , Twisted Tea, Northeast Motorcycle shows, The Lobster Pound, Wagner Motorsports, and of course Sick Boy. 100% of all donations and proceeds benefit the Lakes Region's New Hampshire Humane Society, dedicated to finding forever homes for our furry friends.
