Patrick’s Pub hosting fund raiser on Sunday to benefit child with cancer

GILFORD — On Sunday, June 1 at 4 p.m. Patricks Pub and Eatery will be hosting a fundraiser for Austin Cote and his family.

Austin, who is 5 1/2 and lives in Gilford, was diagnosed with PMA-pilomyxoid astrocytoma, which is an aggressive form of brain cancer, when he was just 6 months old. Austin, his mother Amy and brother Christopher have struggled over the years and are in need of support from the community. He is currently at home with his family.

Friends, family and supporters are invited to Patrick's this coming Sunday with complimentary light appetizers, registration and silent auction beginning at 4 p.m. followed by a live auction.

As the Gilford and Greater Lakes Region community has done so many times before, we hope you will join us in supporting this family. We are asking for donated auction items to be dropped off at the Hair Factory Salon and Day Spa on Gilford East Drive in care of Shelly Middleton. Please drop them off no later than Friday so the silent auction information can be updated in time for Sunday. They can also be dropped off at Patricks Pub.

In addition, donations to the family can be made at any Bank of NH office payable to the "Army of Austin's Angels", or mailed to BNH 62 Pleasant St Laconia, NH 03246

If you have any questions or would like to make a donation, contact Erika Willette at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
