LACONIA — The Lakes Region's exclusive farm-to-table restaurant has been recognized for its culinary offerings and its locally sourced ingredients. Celebrate NH magazine, the New Hampshire Liquor & Wine Outlets' monthly publication will be featuring Chef Kevin Halligan and Local Eatery in The Restaurateur column which appears in their May-June issue. The featured article focuses on Halligan's whole animal, nose-to-tail and local sourcing philosophies; inviting diners to enjoy Local Eatery's intimate, fresh and delicious dining experience inside its 35-seat establishment or its seasonal, outdoor patio.
Halligan has been chosen to join the Celebrity Chefs being featured by the 2014 NH Restaurant Week (May 16-23). This invitation includes the opportunity for Halligan to get up-close and personal with local "foodies" during the week's kick-off event on May 15. Tickets for this event are $25 per person and must be purchased in advance. Ticket price includes an evening with the 2014 Celebrity Chefs, as they come together to share techniques and trade secrets, while you savor the fine dining.
