FRANKLIN — If you like dessert and a good mystery, the Franklin Opera House has an event just for you. A Mystery Dessert Theater comes to the opera house on Saturday April 26 at 7:30 p.m.
Get-A-Clue Productions of Rollinsford, presents Radio Silence-Death on the Air. RKO Network Studio presents Andrew Ju Lee, Private Eye. Join the live studio audience as the radio mystery unfolds. You'll meet Basil Rathburn, a boisterous vaudevillian turned radio star, who strings along the ambitious Gracie George. And let's not forget Charlie, the sponsor's seemingly innocent nephew. You will also meet some new characters, played by the studio audience and members of Franklin Footlight Theatre Company, who will be serving as waiters for the evening.
Dessert is being provided by Ralph and Jo's Café and Catering in downtown Franklin. Seating is available at tables in the orchestra section at $24 for adults, $22 for seniors with dessert service included. Balcony seating is also available at $16 for adults and $14 for seniors. Dessert will be available for purchase in the balcony.
