Paul Smith School Students Raise Pennies for Patients

FRANKLIN — During the month of February, students from Paul Smith School in Franklin participated in the Pennies for Patients program through the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. By the end of the three weeks, the students had collected $1,233.83 which will be used for treatment to assist a student that the school sponsored through the Society.

The class that collected the most money was Mrs. Bender's 2nd grade class. They earned a pizza party sponsored by the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society
