WATERVILLE VALLEY _  The Margret and H.A. Rey Center Art Gallery opened an exciting new art exhibit on Saturday March 22. The exhibit, entitled "Private Collection" is a compilation of works from the private collection of Waterville Valley resident, Chris Larsen and the late Donald Jasinski. "Private Collection" is made up of original works and signed limited edition prints from Cape Cod Artists of the 50's and 60's, such as Bill Barrell, Jack Larned, Irene Baker, Bob Beauchamp, as well as pieces famous artists like David Hockney, Claude Gaveau, Theo Tobiasse, Frank Rampolla and more.

Each piece has its own unique and interesting history and select pieces are for sale. Many of the pieces came from the Donald's East End Gallery in Provincetown, MA, between 1959 and 1967. Included in the show are still photos of many of the artists, including Jasinski, taken during the filming of "The Banquet".
