Life in Review Workshop at Meredith Bay Colony Club

MEREDITH — Meredith Bay Colony Club will hold a free Life in Review Workshop on Thursday, April 10 at 3 p.m. in the club's Bistro.

Many people think their lives have been mundane, but after review realize that they have been filled with interesting and exciting adventures. This workshop will help people explore their lives and draw out these special times. They will not be asked to share their thoughts and discoveries with the group, but will be encouraged to do so with their families. At the conclusion of the workshop, participants will have a life history summary that can be a gift to family members for generations to come, especially those doing genealogical research.
This hour-long workshop is ideal for the age 60 plus population and is appropriate for all adults. The workshop will be facilitated by MBCC member Rev. John Eaton, a retired United Church of Christ pastor. The workshop is free and open to the public. Seating is limited, so reservations are required and can be made by calling 279-1500.
MBCC is a not-for-profit senior housing community located at 21 Upper Mile Point Drive in Meredith, up the hill at the Routes 3/106 roundabout.
