Small Business Legal Series: Overview of NH Taxation for Small Business Owners

PLYMOUTH — The Enterprise Center at Plymouth is pleased to present the next workshop in the Small Business Legal Series with Devine Millimet, Overview of NH Taxation for Small Business Owners on Thursday, March 20, from 7:30-9 a.m.at the Enterprise Center at Plymouth (ECP).

Justin Vartanian, of the legal firm Devine Millimet, will provide an overview of the New Hampshire taxes which may be applicable to small business and discuss tax planning and compliance strategies.

Following this workshop, a Devine Millimet lawyer will be available for consultations at the ECP.

As a member of the firm's Corporate Department concentrating in business and tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, non-profit organizations, and general corporate law, Vartanian counsels clients about a variety of corporate practice areas ranging from entity formation and corporate financing to transactional planning and negotiations. Well published on a variety of legal tax aspects, Vartanian is becoming a regular speaker on the topic of NH taxation for businesses. Prior to Devine Millimet, Justin's experience includes the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission, the U.S. Attorney's Office of New Hampshire, the legal department of the Boston Stock Exchange, and the Attorney General's Office of Massachusetts.
