Hall Memorial Library Continues To Offer Homebound Services

NORTHFIELD — If you or someone you know is homebound, loves to read and misses going to the library, consider signing up for Hall Memorial Library's Homebound Service. Volunteers will deliver books, magazines, books on CD/tape or DVDs to your door once a month. After four weeks they will return with a new supply of reading material, etc. and pick up whatever you've finished. There is no cost for this service.

The Homebound Service has been in operation for over 13 years and has served many members of the Tilton/Northfield community. Anyone who is no longer able to drive or who suffers from a chronic physical or mental illness is eligible to participate. Arrangements may be made if you are homebound for a shorter period of time. Deliveries and pick-up generally occur on the first Friday of each month.

Call the library at 286-8971 for more information and to sign up for this great service. Open to residents of Tilton/Northfield.
