LRCC Offers More Creative Pathway Classes

LACONIA — Lakes Region Community College (LRCC) is offering more Creative Pathway classes on Monday, March 17, and Monday, March 31, from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m.

"Creative Pathway classes are designed to learn holistic living techniques in a fun, informal way," says Class Instructor, Laurie Mayhew (Laconia), a Reiki Master Teacher. "Lessons are informally taught while working on an individual creative project related to the topic. Materials are included in the price of the classes, $35 per class."

"Wish upon a Star" and "Healing Chakra Bell Chime," the first in the series of Creative Pathway classes, were offered in February and were very successful. On Monday, March 17, the next class in the series is "Spring Clearing." Students will discover some of the ancient techniques that can remove negative energy from their aura field and environment. They will participate in a four directions Shaman ceremony and receive a clearing and take tools home to use.

On Monday, March 31, Mayhew will help students connect with four of the powerful Archangels. Students will create a beautiful votive candle holder by using their own creativity and the colors of the four Archangels: Michael, Uriel, Raphael, and Gabriel.

For additional information and to register, call the College at 524-3207. One may also call toll-free, 1-800-357-2992. Students must be pre-registered by March 13 for "Spring Clearing" and by March 27 for "Angel Therapy."
