Alzheimer's Support Group welcomes new members

NEW HAMPTON — The Alzheimers Caregivers Support Group continues its 2014 monthly schedule on Wednesday, February 12 at 5 p.m. at the Live Free Home Health Care offices on Rte. 104 in New Hampton.
The group is free and open to the public
Bill York, group facilitator, said there are many benefits to participating in a Support Group, including feeling less lonely, gaining a sense of control, improving coping skills, talking openly and honestly about your feelings, reducing anxiety, and developing a clear understanding of what to expect with your situation.
