Bizz Buzz owner at Plymouth Chamber lunch seminar

PLYMOUTH — The Plymouth Regional Chamber of Commerce presents its next Brown Bag Luncheon Seminar on Wednesday, January 15 from noon to 1 p.m. at Pease Public Library on Russell Street.

Debbie Bolduc, owner of BizBuzz Marketing Partners has been asked to join as guest speaker, to share insights about how to define your target market and how to relate to your potential and current customers. Bolduc specializes in small business marketing plans, coaching, consulting, and implementation. Providing services from press releases to social media, she offers one-on-one customized marketing solutions for small business owners.

A well-defined target market is the first element to a marketing strategy, yet often the most over-looked by small businesses. Without identifying the target audience, marketing efforts will be too broad, focusing on everyone, and no one’s target market is everyone. Repeatedly, studies have shown that people engage in business more often with those they feel a connection. By identifying a target market, one will be able to show potential customers that they understand their unique needs, fears, desires and concerns, and to demonstrate how your services/products address those issues. This allows individuals to differentiate their business from those of competitors.
