Alzheimers Support Group Meeting January 8 in New Hampton

NEW HAMPTON — The Alzheimer's Caregivers Support Group will begin its new series of 2014 monthly meetings on January 8 at 5 p.m. at the Live Free Home Health Care offices at Rte. 104 in New Hampton.
The group is free and open to the public.
There are many benefits of participating in a support group according to Bill York, group facilitator, including feeling less lonely, gaining a sense of control, improving coping skills, talking openly and honestly about your feelings, reducing anxiety, and developing a clear understanding of what to expect.
