Affordable Care Act information sessions planned

LACONIA — There will be an Health Insurance Marketplace Enrollment Fair on Saturday December 14, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the CAT building at the Lakes Region Community College. Certified counselors will be on hand to assist people in signing up for insurance in the Health Insurance Marketplace.

Certified Health Insurance Marketplace Navigators will hold a question and answer session about the the Affordable Care Act, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 17, at the Health First Family Care Center, 22 Strafford St., in Laconia. All are welcome to attend and participate in the session.

On Thursday, December 19, from 5:30 to 7 p.m., Ms. Toomey, a Patient Navigator, will participate in a Health Forum with state Senator Andrew Hosmer and Franklin Mayor Kenneth Merrifield, at the Franklin Opera House, which is located on Main Street in Franklin. The forum is open to the public and residents are encouraged to attend.
