ASHLAND — The Ashland Historical Society is raising money to paint the exterior and to make repairs to the Ashland Railroad Station Museum.
Last painted fifteen years ago during its restoration, the station is now in desperate need of repainting. The deteriorating paint gives visitors a poor impression of the Museum, and a fresh coat is needed to protect the building. The Society hopes to raise $5,000 for the painting and minor repairs. Donations can be sent to the Ashland Historical Society at PO Box 175, Ashland NH 03217.
